First off, I have to say I have THE most amazing friends on
the planet. Not only do they deal with my daily mess of art supplies sprawled
across my living room, but they then still allow me to paint them for a
project. Truly, I am so thankful to have such crazy people in my life. Now to
the project- this was an assignment for my digital photography class so I
decided to go all out and create ‘living art’. All the artists’ work that I
have portrayed are the artists I look up to and draw inspiration from. However,
I also chose to pick a painting that would represent each model as I knew them.
Whether it be calm and simplistic, or theatrical and loud. This project could
not have been finished without each one of them and I could not be more
gracious!! So enjoy everyone J

Taylor Corrothers
Taylor and I happened to meet by absolute chance. She was my
random roommate our freshman year here at Florida State, and to be honest I
never thought we would be as close as we are. Taylor is an outgoing, energetic,
petite, yet fierce personality who could not beat more to her own drum. Over
the last three years I have seen her come in to her own and become such an
amazing person inside and out. With her, I think I have made some of my most
favorite memories here at FSU. When I
decided to take a risk and pursue art, she was the one behind me 100% and I
could not have asked for a better supporter. Taylor is on track to graduate
next year, and honestly while it saddens me to think of us separated, I know
distance could never hurt our friendship. I am so blessed to call her not only
my best friend but, soulmate and sister. I cannot wait until we are old and
grey looking back at what misfits we are now and will continue to be for the
next sixty years! Thank you for your friendship Tay, and I hope you enjoy all of
your photos!
Lots of Love xoxo

First Post! - Sarah's Senior Photos
FINALLY! My first blog post! I am so excited to finally be able to share something I truly love to do! So here we go-
Sarah is currently a senior at Chiles High School. She actually is my roommates little sister, so she comes by often (we were even able to snag a few shots of them together). Over the last year we have become so close, partly due to a road trip fail back in April, so I am so grateful she gave me the opportunity to do her senior photos. Thankfully she'll be staying close since she is applying to Florida State University-couldn't have this munchkin too terribly far! She is a talented musician, which we incorporated in her shoot and with the lighting it was perfect! I honestly am so excited to see where her future takes her because she truly is a beautiful girl, inside and out. So, here are her gorgeous senior photos!
